Stockholm's tramway operates with a single line: Line 7 or Djurgårdslinjen. Starting from Norrmalmstorg Square near Stockholm Central Station, it heads directly to Waldemarsudde. Key stops along the Stockholm Tram Line 7 include the Nordic Museum, the Vasa Museum, and the Gröna Lund amusement park.

Stockholm streetcars operate from 5 am to 1 am Monday through Friday. On weekends, the timetables usually vary.

  • 24-hour ticket: 155 kr (US$ 14.20)
  • 72 hour ticket: 310 kr (US$ 28.30) 
  • 7-day ticket: 405 kr (US$ 37.10) 

Where to buy a ticket?

Stockholm streetcar tickets are also valid for the city's subway and buses. You can buy them at the ticket offices in the subway stations, at the vending machines at the streetcar and subway stops, or buy them directly from the streetcar driver (more expensive).
