Being the capital of Scandinavia, Stockholm is a fascinating city with unique atmosphere. Gamla Stan
Gamla stan is the most well-known place in the city. Tourists from all over the world come to see it as it is the city’s old center. Thanks to its cozy cobbled streets, cafes, restaurants and museums the center possesses its unique atmosphere which will make you feel a part of a fairy tale. The Royal Palace
This palace is considered to be the biggest in the world having even more than 600 rooms. It houses museums open to public and the Royal Armory exhibiting royal costumes and armor. The City Hall
The City Hall is probably the most bright and well-known building of Stockholm. Eight million blocks were used to build 106 meter tall City Hall. Behind its mighty faсade are the session halls. Guided tours are the only options to get inside. They are held every day both in Swedish and English. You will have a chance to climb up the tower and enjoy the breathtaking view of Stockholm.
Sky View
Even though Sky View is a new attraction it has already become super popular among tourists. It will take you to the top of Stockholm Globe Arena. It is one of the city's major landmarks and the largest spherical building in the world.
Archipelag
One of the Stockholm biggest attractions is thousands of small green rocky islands. The archipelago stretches out from the very heart of Stockholm to Finland. Your visit to Stockholm will not be full without a bout tour through archipelago.
Grona Lund
Grona Lund is an amusement Park which attracts both kids and adults, is an ideal place for the whole family. In addition to that the park is located in the picturesque place and surrounded by water. A great variety of concerts is held here by Swedish and international musicians.
Vasa Museum
Vasa is claimed to be the only ship dating back to the 17th century that is still alive. The huge ship with the length of 69 meters sank in Stockholm. It has been restored until it reached 95 % of its original state. It is a unique treasure with extremely beautiful carvings. It is nowadays one of the most visited museums.
Skansen Open-Air Museum
This Open-Air museum is located in the picturesque place with a great view over Stockholm. It is a favorite place of both citizens and tourists; it is a great day out for families. Here you will find out a lot about the history and culture of Sweden. There are a lot of events on national holidays that you shouldn’t miss. National museum
