Although dining in Stockholm could be an unforgettable and enjoyable experience, the high prices in many restaurants of Stockholm can become an obstacle on the way to this pleasure.
But if you are traveling on a budget, you have nothing to worry about because there are several affordable restaurants with premium quality food and services which you can find in Stockholm, Sweden. One of such restaurants is a creperie called the Creperie Fyra Knop.

A creperie, as the name suggests, is a restaurant that specializes in serving crepes. A crepe, if you have not had the pleasure of eating one yet, is a very thin pancake usually served with jam, fruit slices, butter, ham, egg, vegetables, whipped cream, and many more. As you can tell, there is a wide range of varieties of crepes that you can create and a crepe may also be eaten for breakfast, lunch as a midday snack, dinner or late night snack. Crepes served for lunch or dinner are usually filled with meat products, mushrooms, eggs, ham or cheese. And so, a creperie is obviously a very lucrative restaurant because of these reasons.
Crepes were originated in France and are usually made of either buckwheat flour or wheat flour. Those of buckwheat are unsweetened and are called savoury galettes (crêpes salées), while those of wheat flour are sweet crêpes (crêpes sucrées). Among the common ingredients are: a pinch of salt, butter, milk, eggs and flour. Besides France they are extremely popular in Quebec. In France they are usually served with cider. Here you may order one as well.
Aside from the many different kinds of crepes, the Creperie Fyra Knop is also always busy with hungry customers because they do not ask for very high prices. They serve all sorts of delicious crepes and even galettes, all of which are offered at affordable prices.
One of the desserts that you should definitely try in Creperie Fyra Knop is the Grand Marnier. It is dark chocolate dessert with orange marmalade with world famous Grand Marnier liquor. It is 40 % alcohol drink created in 1880 and tastes the best with different kinds of desserts.
